- Advise a Tribe and entrepreneur on tribal economic development
Speakers
T. EMILIANO AGUIRRE is an associate in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Business Transactions Practice Group. His practice focuses on gaming, taxation, bankruptcy law, and various transactional matters, including advising tribal and commercial entities on tribal economic development, leasing, and contracts. Emiliano is Laguna Pueblo and a member of the Navajo Nation.
DELMAR BLACKHORSE is a Registered Investment Advisor at Tallsalt Advisors and a member of the Navajo Nation. With over a decade of experience, Mr. Blackhorse specializes in managing investment portfolios, analyzing domestic equity and fixed income markets, and supporting tribal economic development. His expertise includes leading bond trading strategies and working closely with tribal nations and businesses.
